PCF(Policy Control Function)/PCRF-FE delivers policy and charging for terminals, enabling dynamic QoS, billing, and quota management.
The system features a high-capacity, real-time in-memory database, supporting DIAMETER and HTTP2 protocols for SBI(Service Bases Interface) call processing, alongside operation, maintenance, and external interface capabilities.
