PCRF
PCRF(Policy and Charging Rules Function) determines and provides terminal policies and charging. It manages subscriber policies in real time and provides functions to dynamically manage and control QoS, charging, and quotas.
The PCRF system consists of a large-capacity in-memory real-time database, DIAMETER protocol and DIAMETER application protocol functions, operation and maintenance functions, and external device linkage functions.
