Evaluation of alignment with desired candidate profile and selection of suitable candidates for the position.

* Required Documents: Resume, Self-Introduction (company format), Work Experience Statement (for experienced candidates), Transcripts (undergraduate, graduate), Graduation (expected) Certificate, Official Language Test Scores and Copies of Certifications or Licenses (if applicable), Other Interview Documents.

② Personality Test

Take the test through the provided link.

③ 1st and 2nd Interviews

Evaluation of job performance ability and growth potential.

* The interviews are usually conducted within one day.
